The most important results is limited, Dr. Banks' in the short time needed for the weight increase to take effect. Healthy adults whose sleep is less than 9 days, earned an average of 2.9 pounds.

Many studies have shown similar results in that the weight gain and diabetes risk a direct correlation has led to a lack of sleep. If you do not sleep enough, then it is time to solve the problem. Nervousness can cause weight gain and can significantly increase the risk of diabetes.
